Unlike legacy social management software, we do not believe in data hoarding. We only collect the bare minimum amount of information required to publish your videos to your authorized accounts. We do not maintain long-term archives of your raw media assets or personal social data.

2. Temporary Video Caching & Storage

To cross-post your videos to TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels via their official APIs, we must temporarily cache your media files.

• Secure Storage: Uploaded video files are temporarily hosted in an isolated, private bucket using Cloudflare R2. This bucket is private and inaccessible to the public.
• Automatic 48-Hour Purge: We enforce an automated object lifecycle policy that permanently and unrecoverably deletes your video files from our Cloudflare R2 storage exactly 48 hours after upload.
• No Long-Term Backups: Once purged, your videos cannot be retrieved, backed up, or re-downloaded by our team.

3. Third-Party API Integrations & OAuth

Everywhere connects to your social media accounts using official OAuth 2.0 API protocols. We never ask for, view, or store your passwords.

By connecting your accounts and using Everywhere, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be handled in accordance with the terms and privacy policies of the respective platforms:

• YouTube: Everywhere uses YouTube API Services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can manage or revoke Everywhere's access to your Google account at any time via the Google Security Settings Page.
• Instagram (Meta): Publishing to Instagram Reels is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy and Meta API terms.
• TikTok: Video synchronization is governed by the TikTok Privacy Policy.

4. Information We Collect

When you create an account, register, or connect channels, we collect:

• Account Credentials: Basic email address and account status to manage your subscription.
• OAuth Tokens: Encrypted access tokens provided by Google, TikTok, and Meta to allow video posting on your behalf. These are stored using high-grade AES-256 database encryption.
• Publishing Metadata: Basic records of publication dates, video titles, and descriptions solely to display your dashboard history and queue logs.

5. Security of Your Data

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal details and tokens. All data transferred between our mobile application, server APIs, and destination social platforms is secured using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

6. Your Data Control & Account Deletion

You retain absolute control over your digital identity. You may request the immediate deletion of your Everywhere account and all associated encrypted tokens at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving your request, we will instantly delete all account records and revoke connected platform OAuth keys from our databases.
